Dear Parents

On Tuesday 15 November the photographer will hold an evening session for parents who wish to be photographed with their children. This session will be between 6.00 and 7.30 and because of possible demand will be done on an appointment system. The family group photograph consists of children, up to 2 adults but no pets. The photographer will arrange the sitting and then take a couple of photos. The proof photograph will be available in plenty of time to allow families to buy for Christmas.

To keep waiting times to a minimum we are making appointments for groups of families in blocks of 15 minutes, each family will take only a couple of minutes to be photographed. If you wish to have your family group photograph taken please print off, complete and return the form below. Please help the school by ticking as many appointment blocks as possible. An appointment time will be sent to you as soon as possible.
