Dear Parents
Assembly Friday 3rd February 2012
You are invited to join the rest of the school to watch Mrs James’ class assembly at 9.00 am on Friday 3rd February. The assembly will last approximately 20 minutes and provides an opportunity for the children to share their work with the rest of the school.
On arrival please go to the hall and sit in the chairs towards the back of the hall. Due to noise levels we ask parents, where possible, not to bring younger children or babies. If this can’t be avoided, pushchairs should be left outside the school in dry weather. If younger children or babies become restless please take them out of the hall in consideration of the children doing the assembly. Your co-operation with this is greatly appreciated.
