Football Club Years 3 & 4

I am organizing an after school football club this term and next for Y3 and Y4 children on Monday afternoons. The club will be organised for 12 sessions. The club will end at 4.30 and children will need to be collected from school at that time. I have listed below the dates for the club but please note that due to other school commitments there are sometimes gaps between the dates.

If your child wishes to join the club please complete and return the form below. We will try to involve everyone who is interested. However, if the number of children wishing to join is so great that we can’t accommodate them all we will draw names out of a hat and have a reserve list.

Children need warm P.E. clothing to enjoy the club e.g. tracksuit, sweatshirt, gloves etc. Due to the weather children need to come prepared to play football on both the field, the playground and the school hall and will therefore need suitable footwear for both surface i.e. football boots and trainers.

January 30th February 6th & 20th

March 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th April 16th, 23rd & 30th

May 14th & 21st
